Manchester, UK - Intellident, a business unit of UK-based LINPAC Group, is pleased to announce the acquisition of 100% of Ident, the leading French RFID systems integrator to the libraries market. The acquisition, for an undisclosed cash consideration, supports Intellident's continued European expansion.

Ident will join Intellident within the LINPAC Group, but will maintain its own name for the foreseeable future. With the addition of Ident, Intellident has further strengthened its position as the fastest growing and most successful RFID library integrator across Europe - with over 600 unique installations.
