Barcoding Inc., a leader in automated data capture (ADC) solutions, announced it had signed a definitive agreement to acquire Navigator Technologies, a Dallas-based Mobile Enterprise company focusing on solution architecture, delivery, and support. Navigator Technologies will become Barcoding's southwest regional office, providing enhanced service and support for customers in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Nevada, and California.

Todd J. Carey, CEO of Navigator Technologies, will lead the southwest office for Barcoding Inc.
