"Expanding Field ID to include crane inspections was challenging from a usability standpoint. We took almost a year to ensure that our crane inspection expansion could quickly and efficiently record the vast amount of detail required in a crane inspection, and at the same time, still be user friendly. We actually sent people along with crane inspectors in the field to learn how the inspections were done. We wanted to ensure our solution didn't get in the inspectors way. We wanted to make their lives easier. The final result is the most advanced and easy to use mobile handheld crane inspection system. The new crane inspection enhancements will be debuted at the Crane Certification Association of America (CCAA) National Spring Meeting, April 5-7th in Orlando Florida. Somen Mondal and Shaun Ricci from N4 Systems will be on hand to demo and answer questions about the new enhancements. The Field ID crane enhancements are now fully available to new and existing customers.
