MyDealerLot and AutoAlert announce the release of a fully integrated solution for the service drive which combines MyDealerLot’s innovative automated RFID customer recognition system (Service Drive Concierge – ‘SDC’) with AutoAlert’s automated customer analytics solution for increasing sales through customer service interaction.
Three high profile Mercedes-Benz dealerships are participating in the pilot project which enables sales advisors to have immediate interaction with ‘alert’ customers as they pull into the service drive. SDC’s automated messaging services provide salespeople with direct links into the AutoAlert system with customer deals fully analyzed.
