The Slim RFID UHF antennas "FlexiRay" have unique radiation patterns enabling creation of RFID reading zones in portals, doors, belt conveyors or production lines. The antennas are modular and can be supplied in various lengths from 490 to 1330 mm, which allows optimum adaptation to a particular installation. RFID antennas FlexiRay provide flexible mounting options. The design allows the use not only in industrial environment, but also in interiors and offices.
A robust all-metal construction was specially developed to be used in demanding industrial environments. The ultra-slim RFID antenna model, FlexiRay SF, with a thickness of only 2 mm, was designed for creating RFID reading zones in entrances or doors. The unique antenna design allows also completely invisible installation directly inside the door frame.
"The demand to develop FlexiRay UHF RFID antennas was based on our experience from several RFID projects. Poor design of RFID antennas in reading zones on production lines and conveyor belts as well as the radiation pattern can lead to a bottleneck in many installations. FlexiRay antennas have been successfully tested in a large-scale RFID implementation in a real production facility of a major Czech company.
