After seeing significant growth with Texas-based clients, AbeTech has opened an Austin sales office and has recently hired Richard Roach to be the company’s first Texas-based account executive. AbeTech is a leading bar code and RFID solutions provider and serves clients around the U.S. in the manufacturing, wholesale, health care, transportation and retail industries.
“From health care to retail, companies around the U.S. are integrating our improved track and trace technology to increase productivity and profitability” says Brent Pollard, vice president of sales at AbeTech.
With more than 20 years of customer service and sales experience, Roach will focus on connecting AbeTech’s industry leading systems with Texas-based clients. He will consult and support them to reduce the costs of doing business and improve customer service. AbeTech is a Zebra Premium Value Added Reseller, and through this relationship will provide clients with specialty printing and automatic identification systems.
“In order to better support our Texas-based clients, we have opened an office and are expanding our team to meet the needs of our current and future clients. Prior to joining AbeTech, Roach served as an Enterprise Mobility sales executive with TAKE Solutions, based out of Austin. There, he was a member of the Zebra Technologies Vision Council and managed a mobility hardware sales program that increased sales by 35 percent over a two-year time frame.
