MIKOH Corporation Limited, a world leading developer and a key patent innovator of authentication and tamper detection technologies, has appointed Neil Mitchell as vice president of marketing.

With more than 20 years of marketing experience at leading high technology companies in the Silicon Valley , the addition of Mitchell further strengthens MIKOH's position as a leading provider of authentication and tamper detection technologies. Mitchell brings considerable experience in developing businesses across Asia, Europe and North America and in managing international strategy, product marketing and market development.

Magellan Technology Pty Ltd of Sydney (Magellan) and Creative Electronics and Software Inc (CES) of Illinois have completed an agreement for CES to develop, manufacture and market Magellan Technology's RFID reader products.

The global licence extends a previous agreement in place since 2007 that established CES, a dedicated US based electronics turnkey manufacturer and distribution facility as a manufacturing sub-contractor of Magellan's full line of Phase Jitter Modulation (PJM) reader portfolio.

Awarepoint Corporation, a provider of RTLS solutions, announced that Dr. Dennis O'Leary has joined the company as chief strategy officer. In this role, O'Leary will assist Jason Howe, chief executive officer, with creating, communicating, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives within Awarepoint. Prior to joining Awarepoint, O'Leary served a 21-year tenure as President of The Joint Commission. During that time, O'Leary led the successful transformation of its accreditation process to focus on actual organization performance in the provision of patient care. He is now President Emeritus of The Joint Commission.
