Xbox Cloud Gaming has been available on Android devices since late last year and is preparing to roll out on PC and iOS devices. Few privileged Game Pass Ultimate subscribers are currently affected, but soon all gamers will be able to enjoy the bliss of cloud gaming the Xbox way.
Xbox Cloud Gaming also on PC and iOS
Currently reserved for Xbox devices, Xbox Cloud Gaming is now available (in beta) in the Edge, Google Chrome and Safari browsers. In this way it is possible to use the offer on the PC, but also on the iPhone and iPad. Not a dedicated application as this is all about going through a web app in order to bypass the giant Apple’s restrictions.
At Xbox, we say, “This is a critical step in realizing our desire to have 3 billion gamers around the world enjoy their favorite hobby as they please. Thank you for continuing to help us shape the future of cloud gaming. From the first days of testing until today, we couldn’t have done anything without you. “
Participants in this beta phase will have the opportunity to try out more than 100 games from the Xbox Game Pass catalog. When you get an invite, you’ll need to connect a controller via bluetooth or USB, or even use custom touch controls for 50+ games to discover this cloud gaming experience.
This is great news for gamers, even though it is not yet known when this Xbox Cloud game for PC and iOS will be available to all gamers.
