Captain America 4 is already in the works

Superheroes never die. Granted, Steve Rodgers decided to hang up at the end of Avengers Endgame, but America still needs a Captain America to wear the Stars and Stripes colors high. Without the spoiler of the Disney + series Falcon and Winter Soldier, it seems Uncle Sam has found a character worth taking up the torch of the Sentinel of Liberty.

A film in the line of Falcon and the Winter Soldier

The Hollywood Reporter just confirmed that a Captain America 4 is in the pipeline. To write the script, we find Malcolm Spellman, who served as the showrunner on Falcon and the Winter Solidat. He writes the story with Dalan Musson, who also worked on the series, but also on the film Iron Sky 2.

Currently, the project is still in its infancy and no member of the cast is officially known. However, as explained by our colleagues, Marvel is unlikely to approach any other choice than the one featured in the final episode of its fiction show last Friday.

It is also not known who will direct this feature film. The publicly hoped return of Chris Evans is also not confirmed. It will therefore be a long wait until we learn more about Marvel’s decisions.

In the meantime, of course, it’s possible to see Falcon and the Winter Soldier on Disney +. Without saying too much and not spoiling your streaming session, the series takes place at the end of the Avengers Endgame events. In addition to the question of Cape Town’s successor, there is also the fate of the people who disappeared from the earth for two years after Thanos snapped their fingers.

The shock duo of Sam Wilson and Bucky Banes isn’t the only one on the line. Fans of the saga should also appreciate the presence of Sharon Carter (Emily VanCamp), the former Shield agent, or even Baron Zemo, played by the brilliant Daniel Brühl. If you want to know more, here is our opinion on the last episode.
